Body Ballad

Body Ballad

My bodywalkers tap me home
My anklefloppers swing me
I bob and bop and boogie any-
Where these toeboats bring me.

My kneemachines pump on unseen
These knobbly walkpoles run me
I might just throw these fleshstilts out
For all the good they've done me

My hulahooper's getting thick
My walkertall is aching
And yet, and yet, the joy I get
The pleasure that I'm taking!

I flip my hatrack, flop my hairprop,
Bop my talkingorb,
My lookingsphere, this hearingbox -
I frolic and absorb!

My greasyworkers wag my straightwings
Watch my ringposts snap!
Akimbo on my toddlerproppers
Doughgrips tap, drop, flap.

My bodywalkers tap me home
My anklefloppers swing me
I bob and bop and boogie any-
Where these toeboats bring me.
